Exploring Peace & Conflict!

With our Global Citizens in Years 2, 3, 4 & 5, we had a fantastic time exploring Peace and Conflict!

Peace and conflict are like sunshine🌞 and storms⛈.

Peace is when everyone gets along, shares, and plays nicely together—just like a sunny day at the park!

Conflict is like a storm, where people might argue or feel upset.

In Year 2, we enjoyed fun activities like role-playing peaceful solutions and designing our own peace symbols.

In Year 3, we learnt important ways to manage our emotions, including how to contain our anger when things get tough. We even practiced calming techniques through fun activities!

In Year 4, we focused on how to resolve conflicts peacefully. We worked on projects where we discussed real-life conflicts and created strategies for solving problems without fighting.

It was a great journey in learning how we can all help make the world a more peaceful place!
