We all have rights!

Our Year 2 Global Citizens were introduced to the concept of Human Rights, focusing on children’s rights, of course! “What are the rights of a child? Who ensures they are respected? How might they be violated? What are the qualities of a rights defender?” These major questions were discussed through role-playing, videos, songs, stories and a group project. In the end, students promised to always defend others’ rights and wore their shields with pride!
